  1. I really love women discussing the topic of ageing. I made a commitment to myself leading up to turning 40 that I would waste no energy in feeling paranoid or bad about getting older. In fact, I went into my 40’s feeling better than I’ve ever felt about myself at any other point. It’s a choice of how we view age..and I find it terribly sad that so many of us choose to concentrate on all the perceived negative aspects. I do understand though that women have had a hard time in respect to so much focus being placed on their looks, and their faces. But if we remember that most of the time, that negativity or insecurity is created by women themselves. We collectively need to start considering the beauty of wisdom which is something that cannot be bought, and cannot be acquired through anything but simply living a full life. So, I’m all for ageing because it’s going to happen. I want to arrive at every new age being thankful for what’s ahead, and thankful for what’s behind. I’m always on the look out for women who can inspire this concept, so I hope you enjoy the lovely Jane Fonda. Who let’s remember, was mindblowingly hot at 25, and mindblowingly powerless inside.xx

  3. Having read this I thought it was rather informative. I appreciate you spending
some time and effort to put this content together. I once again find myself spending a significant amount
of time both reading and commenting. But
so what, it was still worthwhile!
